AfterHours AI is a product of Thingstrade LLC built for a specific problem: businesses lose customers when nobody answers the phone outside business hours.

We built an AI-powered receptionist that answers those calls in the moment, talks with each caller, classifies how urgent the request is, and alerts the right person on your team when something can't wait until the next business day.

The product is built for service businesses (home services, healthcare, contractors, agencies) that today rely on voicemail or rotating on-call shifts to cover the hours when nobody is available to pick up the phone.
